swiss touch in the landscape architecture
“Swiss Touch In Landscape Architecture” ProHelvetia tarafından üretilmiÅŸ ve PASAJ tarafından Türkiye’ye getirilen bir etkinliktir. Ä°sviçre KonsolosluÄŸu’nun desteÄŸi ile Ä°TÜ’nün TaÅŸkışla Binasında misafir edilmektedir. Michael Jakob tarafından küratörlüÄŸü üstlenilen “Swiss Touch in Landscape Architecture”, Ä°sviçre peyzaj mimarisinin zenginliÄŸini, karmaşıklığını ve çeÅŸitliliÄŸini, teorik ve tarihsel duruÅŸunu, kavramsal çerçeveyi ve ÅŸekillenmesine yol açan etkileri sergiler. Tarihsel bahçelerden çaÄŸdaÅŸ kamusal alanlara uzanan, son dönem peyzaj mimari stüdyolarının ve tasarımcıların da altını çizerek bir dizi projeyi inceler. Sergi, Ä°sviçre peyzaj mimarisi tarihinin öncülerinden Le Corbusier, çaÄŸdaÅŸ mimarlığın öncü isimlerinden Herzog & De Meuron’u da kapsayan 36 panelden meydana gelmektedir. Michael Jakob’un “Switzerland, the Idea of Nature and Swiss Landscape Architecture” (Ä°sviçre, DoÄŸa fikri ve Ä°sviçre peyzaj mimarisi) konulu konferansı 20 Mart cuma 14:00 – 16:00 saatleri arası ITU TaÅŸkışla Binası 104 no’lu konferans salonunda izlenebilir.

The ‘Swiss Touch In Landscape Architecture’ is an event initiated by ProHelvetia and brought to Turkey by PASAJ. It’s hosted by ITU-Taskisla and supported by the Consulate General of Switzerland in Istanbul. The ‘Swiss Touch in Landscape Architecture’, curated by Michael Jakob, exhibits the richness, diversity and complexity of the field and covers aspects of theory and history and conceptual frameworks and influences that have shaped the Swiss landscape. It looks at a range of projects stretching from historical gardens to contemporary open spaces and highlights the latest landscape architecture studios and the designers of today. The exhibition consists in 36 panels that cover the history of swiss landscape architecture from the pioneers, such as Le Corbusier, to the leading names of contemporary architecture like Herzog & De Meuron. A lecture by Michael Jakob on “Switzerland, the Idea of Nature and Swiss Landscape Architecture” will take place on Friday, March 20th, 14:00 – 16:00, at Taskisla, room 104.
