“History of Refusals: Who Wants to Apply?”, developed by Ayşegül Yapar for the PASAJ Small Things Studio Residency, draws on an Italian propaganda pamphlet that parodies the 1950s Italian game show *Lascia o raddoppia* (Take It or Double It).
Presenting archival cases from art history in a game show format, the work uses a parodic tone to expose the workings of application mechanisms in the fields of culture and art.

PASAJ small things workshop guest artist and curator program continues.
The program began with PASAJ allocating its small, multi-purpose space in Nimet Han as a workshop for three artists between May and September 2019. It aims to provide the necessary environment for the artists to focus on what they want to do.
